Quality is, first of all, a mental and cultural requirement. It’s goal is to work on continuous improvement, in order to reach ever higher standards. These not only characterize our business practices, but also our everyday behaviour, for a better quality of life.
The Integrated Quality System is to be interpreted as the relationship between three systems:
- The Quality Management System, with emphasis on the processes;
- The Occupational Health and Safety Management System, with emphasis on the people;
- The Environmental Management System, with emphasis on the environment.
ZADI fulfils the following requirements:
| - ISO 9001/Vision 2000 : for products and services quality level |
| - OHSAS 18001 and 626 Law (and following regulations) : for safety |
| - ISO 14000 : for the environmental protection. |

Just recently in November 2005 Zadi was presented with the “Certificate of Excellence”, by the standards body Sincert. Zadi being one of 100 Italian companies, chosen for company longevity and number of certifications, with an officially recognised integrated quality system. |
